Join REAL Services for the 31st annual Alzheimer's and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana Walk on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Howard Park in South Bend. Sponsor, walk as an individual, or join a team.
No matter how you support, all money stays in our community to provide real support for real, local caregivers.
