RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) Classes for Women Self-Defense Class Open to the Public

Defensive tactics every woman needs to know are taught at the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.

Det. Norma Alber instructs students both in classroom and gymnasium settings. The 12-hour course is broken into four nights of classes, spanning two weeks.

Participants must attend all four courses in order to complete the course.

The next classes will be on the following dates:

• Tuesday, October 3
• Thursday, October 5
• Tuesday, October 10
• Thursday, October 12

Classes will be from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office, 26861 C.R. 26, Elkhart, IN 46517 (turn right & right again after entering the Criminal Justice Complex.  Follow the road that goes down a level, park, & enter the door on the south side of the building.  It will be marked where to go.)
