Workers Compensation Claims and Return to Work from an Insurer’s Perspective

Back by popular demand, the Chamber OSHA Breakfast Events for 2024-25 kick off on September 18, featuring a panel of insurance experts sharing insights on Workers Compensation and Return to work from the Insurer’s perspective

Here are a few of the questions you’ll hear answered:

  • Why have workers compensation rates trended down over the past decade?
  • How can companies maximize their efforts to capitalize on this market trend?
  • How do you handle accounts when the experience mod is over 1.0?
  • What does an industry leading safety program look like for general industry?
  • Claims handling: how important is it to have trained staff to handle first aid/triage and complete the first report of injuries?
  • After a claim has occurred, what can a company do to minimize the amount of money spent on the claim?
  • What are the most important elements of a return-to-work program?

Don’t see your worker’s comp questions in the list, no problem, bring them and ask!

Speakers:    Mark Bagwell, Alyssa Goudie, Zach Paz (Horton Group) and Eric Dolson (Cincinnati Insurance)

Breakfast begins at 7:30 am; Program begins at 8 am
