The Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce will host a Member Celebration for the grand opening of the 700th location of Scooter’s Coffee. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11 am on Friday, October 6 at 616 W. Bristol Street, Elkhart.
