LEAN 101 / Continuous Improvement Workshop and Hands-On Simulation

This one day, Team based simulation takes participants through the foundations of LEAN/Continuous Improvement highlighting both the concepts and practical use of the tools.  Participants get to see and feel the impact of these tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  For your influential Front Line and Group Leaders who are not yet convinced of your LEAN/Continuous Improvement culture shift, this very realistic production simulation is ideal.
