The Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting Friday, December 8, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. to celebrate the grand opening of the Graber House, a family shelter provided by Faith Mission of Michiana located at 525 Middlebury Street.
